The Retreat

Retreats offer you or your group the time and space for significant shifts to occur. We teach you how the psychological system works, that wellbeing is innate, and how to return to your true self. Change comes through insight not from implementing more behavioral tactics. When your mindset changes, your behavior changes. Insight leads to change that you can sustain. We will lead you back to yourself where you will find the happiness and peace of mind that you most desire.

Regroup. Refocus. Rejuvenate.

Insight leads to behavior change. We have witnessed folks experiencing a variety of changes when they truly understand how the human system works but most often we see people relaxing as they return to their innate wellbeing. It's as if a weight has been removed from the shoulders. Life feels lighter, less serious, less personal, and more alive. People walk out feeling more confident and more peaceful. With their new found understanding, they are able to sustain the changes. Their daily lives flow more easily and their teams and groups work more efficiently and with greater ease.

Group sessions, yoga, meditation, counseling, coaching, hiking, kayaking, massage.

Group sessions are times we come together to connect, learn how your psychological system works, what that can mean for your life and your groups, and how to implement the learnings into your everyday life. We tailor the group sessions to your needs and give you the free time to engage in personal activities that feed your soul.

The Setting

Research shows that nature heals. Beautiful natural environments can increase focus and creativity and support us in returning to our own innate wellbeing. That's why we are excited to host our retreats in beautiful Dunedin, FL. The sunsets are no lovelier anywhere in the world. There are miles of beaches and woods to explore and we encourage their exploration.

Location, Location, Location

Delightful Dunedin is a charming little village nestled on the gulf side of Florida just north of St. Petersburg and west of Tampa. It has been voted the best walking town in America. It features quaint little shops, award-winning restaurants, and Hammock Park, a 100-acre forest on the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail. The beaches of Dunedin, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island, always seem to land on the top 10 beaches lists for the USA. We understand why. Both are state parks and unspoiled paradises. Dolphins and manatee abound. If that wasn't enough, Clearwater Beach, a popular tourist destination, is only 7 miles from Dunedin and Tarpon Springs, the largest American Greek village in the US, is only 10 miles up the road. Paradise surrounded by paradise. We think you will love it here. We certainly do.

Dunedin is an easy 30 minute drive from St. Pete-Clearwater and Tampa International airports.
